Now here’s a rare bird. Inspired by the storied Petoskey stone, we use organic gemstones with a true sense of place for our stone dial Birdy Collection. This Willow Creek Jasper dial 34mm Birdy is no exception. Known for its texture and color, Willow Creek is what’s known as a porcelain jasper, a stone so fine-grained that breaks like glass. Mined just north of Eagle, Idaho, this famous US stone showcases colorful bands and patterns. Every Willow Creek Jasper dial Birdy is unique to itself and unlike any other. 

Hand-built from the finest components in the world, the Birdy features a stainless steel case with a classic coin edge detail. The double wrap white leather strap also adds a unique element to this timepiece—the first part that wraps around the wrist is classically smooth, and while the second half is an intricately braided strap. It’s the best of both styles, all on one wrist.

Don't be fooled by its size.The stainless steel case on the Birdy is strong and powerful. Featuring coin edge detailing, the case for this 34mm Birdy holds a double-domed sapphire crystal. Sapphire is second only to the diamond in hardness, helping protect the watch from scratches.

WILLOW CREEK JASPER DIAL

This lovely, polished Willow Creek Jasper from Idaho is cut carefully with oil by our longtime ethical stone and gem-sourcing partners, Columbia Gem House. Gem lovers will note the cuts are oriented to create beautiful patterns rather than stripes often associated with jasper. Super-LumiNova hands in silver finish this uniquely storied dial. Because the jasper is formed by nature with variations in color and pattern, no two dials are alike.

DOUBLE-WRAP LEATHER STRAP

This premium leather strap in white wraps around the wrist twice—and has double the fun. The first wrap around the wrist is classic and smooth; the second half is braided for a textured twist and unique style element. It’s also removable and customizable with the purchase of an additional strap.
